About ensuring carrying out calculations for the consumed natural gas

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for opening (closing) for current accounts with the special mode of use for transfer of the means arriving for the consumed natural gas;

Procedure for carrying out calculations for the consumed natural gas.

2. Determine authorized banks which service current accounts with the special mode of use of suppliers of natural gas to whose special duties the obligation on supply of natural gas, and their structural divisions, and also the wholesale sellers performing sale of natural gas to such suppliers for accomplishment of the special obligations assigned to such sellers, "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" open joint stock company, public joint stock company Ukrgazbank joint stock bank and "National Export-import Bank of Ukraine" public joint stock company belongs.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. Determine that regulations of this resolution are not applied to the legal relationship settled by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2002 No. 256 "About approval of the Procedure for financing of expenses of local budgets on implementation of actions for accomplishment of state programs of social protection of the population at the expense of subventions from the government budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 10, by Art. 482; 2003, No. 44, Art. 2309).
