Industry ministries by determination of line item of representatives of the state in governing bodies of Korall open joint stock company, Gomel about alienation till December 31, 2015 of the isolated room which is in its property (accession number 350/D-149240), located on Ulitsa Lepeshinskogo, 7, in Gomel, estimated value for January 1, 2015 58 702 455 349 rubles by sale at auction with establishment of starting price are not lower than the specified estimated value lowered for 80 percent;
1.2. The Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry by determination of line item of representatives of the state in governing bodies of "Grodno Research and Design Institute of the Nitric Industry and Products of Organic Synthesis" open joint stock company about alienation till December 31, 2015 of the property which is in its property according to appendix by sale at auction with establishment of starting price:
not below the estimated value specified in appendix to this resolution;
not below the estimated value specified in appendix to this resolution, lowered for 20 percent in case of recognition not productive or cancelled the auction held at the initial price established according to the paragraph the second this subitem;
not below the estimated value specified in appendix to this resolution, lowered for 50 percent in case of recognition not productive or cancelled the auction held at the initial price established according to the paragraph third this subitem.
2. To industry ministry and the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
