According to articles 18 and 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. Approve Limiting rates for public telecommunication services which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of September 2, 2014 No. 612 "About limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services and recognition by NKRSI which voided decisions of April 4, 2013 No. 196", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2014 for No. 1121/25898.
3. To submit to department of the economic analysis together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The decision becomes effective since October 1, 2015, but not earlier than day of official publication.
