About establishment of amounts of the tariff quotas on import of separate types of agricultural goods to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2015 and 2016

According to articles 44 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix № 6 to it and the Agreement of December 23, 2014 on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish concerning separate types of the agricultural goods imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2015 and 2016, amounts of the tariff quotas according to appendix (further - the tariff quotas).

2. Determine that the tariff quotas are applied to the agricultural goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.

3. To the Kyrgyz Republic:

perform distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation;

charge to authorized bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of the licenses for commodity importation specified in Item 1 of this Decision.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
