1. Approve:
Regulations on Inspection of the state geodetic supervision under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesies, to cartography and the state inventory according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on the state control of use and protection of lands according to appendix No. 2;
Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the Single system of the state inventories according to appendix No. 3.
2. Assign to the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and hokim of areas the personal responsibility for observance of requirements of the land legislation in the field of protection of lands of agricultural purpose, especially non-admissions of exception of turnover of the sowing irrigated lands.
3. To Goskomzemgeodezkadastr of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month term to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventories:
highways - together with SAC "Uzavtoyul;
the railroads - together with GAZhK "Uzbekistan Temir Yullar";
transport pipelines - together with NHK "Uzbekneftegaz";
objects of communication - together with the Uzbek communication agency and informatizations;
