About modification, amendments and recognition voided some orders of the Government
For the purpose of realization of tariff and non-tariff measures for regulation of foreign economic activity and to enhancement of the statistical recording of foreign trade in goods, with its reduction in compliance with international standards, and also in compliance with provisions of article VII of the Law No. 172 of July 25, 2014 on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 231-237, 529), the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.
