About approval of the Regulations on procedure for public financing of authorized activities of political party

In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About financing of political parties" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for public financing of authorized activities of political parties according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan annually to provide in parameters of the government budget of means for financing of authorized activities of political parties.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. Azimov.

Regulations on procedure for public financing of authorized activities of political parties

1. This Provision according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About financing of political parties" determines procedure for obtaining and use of public funds for financing of authorized activities of political parties.

2. According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About financing of political parties" political parties have the right to public funds for financing of the authorized activities if following the results of elections to Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Legislative house) at least nine deputies necessary for formation of fraction in Legislative house are elected from the relevant political party.
