About the Development program of theater in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013 - 2019

1. Approve the Development program of theater in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013 - 2019 and the Actions plan on its realization (are applied).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan in cooperation with other ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government accomplishment of the Actions plan on implementation of this Program within the provided means.

3. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan at the end of every year to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan on program implementation of development of theater in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013 - 2019.

4. In Item 19 of the Work plan of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the second half of the year 2012 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 30, 2012 No. 316, to exclude words "state target" and shall be replaced with words the word of "Tajikistan" "in the Republic of Tajikistan".

The development program of theater in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013 - 2019

1. General provisions

The development program of theater of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013-2019 (further - the Program) is prepared on the basis of requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About culture", "About theater and theatrical activities", Concepts of cultural development of the Republic of Tajikistan and other regulatory legal acts.

2. According to this purpose in the Program for the next period and on perspective the following tasks of development of theater are provided:

- expansion of theatrical audience by carrying out creative shares: the organization of festivals, presentations of premieres, creation of special posters for different national groups;

- creation of new rolling platforms due to reorganization of subordinated organizations and effective use of the available rooms;

- active interaction with mass media;

- development of modern theatrical advertizing;

- provision to number of the theaters which do not have own stationary platforms (temporarily or constantly), possibilities of hire of the performances in subordinated theaters;

- creation of conditions for replenishment of reserve of art and creative management, professional growth of new generation of theatrical managers, directors, artistic directors;
