1. Approve the Program of protection of non-material cultural heritage of the Tajik people for 2013 - 2020 it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government Gorno-Badakhshan the autonomous region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas to provide accomplishment of planned activities.

3. Financing of the Actions plan on implementation of this Program to perform at the expense of the annual means provided in the Government budget of pas cultural development, spiders and also grottoes of the international funds.
