1. Approve "Regulations on procedure for application of financial sanctions against suppliers of medical services";
1.1. "The list of the financial sanctions applied to suppliers of medical services" (Appendix 1).
2. To the CEO of compulsory health insurance Fund (Ibraimova A. S.) to provide to directors of territorial administrations of compulsory health insurance Fund application of "Regulations on procedure for application of financial sanctions against suppliers of medical services" in case of control of target use of financial resources and conducting examination of quality, the provided medical services.
3. Consider invalid:
3.1. Items 1.11 and 1.12 of the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 297 of 16.07.2002. "About approval of accounting and reporting documentation on examination of quality in the compulsory health insurance system and procedure for application of financial sanctions against suppliers of medical services".
