Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of December 28, 2004 No. 505-OD "About approval of Rules of establishment and cancellation of temporary decreasing coefficients to rates (the prices, rates of charges) for services in transfer of electrical energy and (or) technical scheduling of leave in network" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3389, published on March 12, 2005 in the Ofitsialnaya Gazeta newspaper).
