About modification of Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants by heatpower plants which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW

According to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, and Item 8 of the Procedure for development and the approval of standard rates of maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2001 No. 1780, I order:

1. Approve Changes in Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants by heatpower plants which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 No. 541, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2008 on No. 1110/15801, which are applied.

2. To provide to management of environmental monitoring, audit and atmospheric air (C.M. Salad) in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff Kolomiyets S. L.
