For the purpose of preparation of plans of liberalization, stipulated in Item 42 Protocols on trade in services, organization, activities and implementation of investments (appendix No. 16 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), according to Item 59 of appendix No. 3 to the Agreement of October 10, 2014 on accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, according to Item 63 of Appendix No. 1 to the Protocol of May 8, 2015 on conditions and transitional provisions on application by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the separate international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and having taken into consideration information of the Eurasian economic commission, The supreme Eurasian economic council DECIDED:

1. Approve the enclosed List of sectors (splits) of services by which forming of the single market of services within the Eurasian Economic Union will be performed according to plans of liberalization (during the transition period).

2. To the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union together with the Eurasian economic commission till April 1, 2016 to prepare plans of liberalization with indication of specific terms (transition period) of forming of the single market of services in sectors (splits) specified in the list approved by this Decision.
