About coordination of the international technical cooperation with the European Union
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of the international technical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with the European Union the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Transform Coordination bureau of the TASIS Program of the European Union in the Republic of Belarus to the Center of the international technical assistance of the European Union in the Republic of Belarus.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Center of the international technical assistance of the European Union in the Republic of Belarus.
3. Organizational technical supply of activities of the Center of the international technical assistance of the European Union in the Republic of Belarus is performed by the Ministry of Economics and the public scientific institution "Research Economic Institute of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" with assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
4. Determine that copies of requests of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, about the international technical cooperation with the European Union, sent to the European commission, Representation of the European Union in the Republic of Belarus and governing bodies of programs of the international technical assistance of the European Union, are represented by the specified bodies and the organizations to the Center of the international technical assistance of the European Union in the Republic of Belarus.
5. To the Ministry of Economics to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
