About approval of Aviation rules of the organization of radar ensuring flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus

(as amended of the Resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of 15.09.2020 No. 20)

Based on article 6 of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus, the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2006 No. 1617 "About some measures for implementation of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Aviation rules of the organization of radar ensuring flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its acceptance.
