RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About Regulations of activities of credit unions in the Kyrgyz Republic

Having considered the draft of Regulations of activities of credit unions in the Kyrgyz Republic developed based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About credit unions", the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and the Credit agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and Asian Development Bank No. 1529 KGZ (SF) the Rural Financial Institutions Project and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of activities of credit unions, the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations of activities of credit unions in the Kyrgyz Republic it (is applied).

2. To management of methodology of supervision and licensing together with Legal department in accordance with the established procedure to carry out state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and to inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on publication source (the name of the edition, its number and date).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the moment of publication in official publications of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. From the moment of enforcement of this resolution to declare invalid the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 16/4 of 27.05.2003. "About new edition of Regulations of activities of credit unions in the Kyrgyz Republic".

5. To department of supervision of non-bank organizations to bring this resolution to the attention of OSOO "Finance Company on Support and Development of Credit Unions in the Kyrgyz Republic", regional managements and Representative office of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province.
