About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure of payments in foreign currency", to Articles 7, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Make to Section 3 of the Instruction on procedure of control of export, import transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 1999 No. 136, No. 338/3631 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 1999 (with changes), the following changes:

the paragraph one of Item 3.3 to replace with four new paragraphs of the following content:

"3.3. The bank removes from control transaction of resident in case of commodity import with import it on the territory of Ukraine after:

receipts of information on this transaction in the register of TD (the IM-40 "Import" type, IM-41 "Reimport", IM-72 "Duty-free shop", IM-75 "Refusal for benefit of the State", IM-76 "Destruction or Destruction") - if for customs clearance uses TD;

presentations by the resident of the document (except TD) who is used for customs clearance of products, - if for customs clearance is not used by TD;
