About approval of regulations in connection with phased transition on self-sufficiency of housing and communal services

Due to the transition to property of citizens of the state housing stock, changes of conditions of its content, need of creation of regulatory framework for phased transition on self-sufficiency of payment of housing and communal services and for the purpose of social protection of the population the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

technique of determination of standard rates of consumption of utilities according to the appendix N 1;

procedure for compensation from the budget of difference in rates for the utilities rendered to the population according to the appendix N 4;

To the ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent in work on transfer into self-sufficiency of housing and communal services to be guided by these regulating documents.

2. To the ministry of public service, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent in two-month time to make the offer on creation of the State housing inspectorate under the Ministry of public service of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To the Ministry of Labour together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of public service to make offers on change of the Regulations on accounting treatment for needy families, appointments and payments of financial support to them providing the direction of part of the funds intended for payment of financial support to needy families for covering of expenses on payment by these families of housing and communal services in a month.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Yunusov R. R.
