About approval of dachshunds for calculation of the amount of collection for the damage caused to flora of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve rates for calculation of the amount of collection for the damage caused to flora by the companies, organizations, the organizations and citizens in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendices N 1-6.

2. The means received from collection for the damage caused to flora are enlisted:

if the offense is revealed by conservation inspectors of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan - in local funds of conservation and are used according to the Regulations on funds of conservation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 24, 1993 N 246;

if the offense is revealed by forest protection of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the wood on lands of the state forest fund - in the republican budget;

if the offense is made in the territory of the national park or the national natural park - on the settlement account of the national park and national natural park irrespective of by whom it is revealed.

3. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N 7.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex.
