About modification of the Procedure and criterion of provision to standards of the status of national standards

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure and criteria of provision to standards of the status of national standards approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 398 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 49, the Art. 1576), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of June 5, 2014 No. 1314-VII "About metrology and metrological activities".

The changes made to the Procedure and criteria of provision to standards of the status of national standards

1. To add Item 1 after words of "the status of national standards" with the words "and their registration".

2. Add the Procedure and criteria with Item 7 of the following content:

"7. Registration of national standards is performed by the Ministry of Economic Development for the purpose of their accounting and identification along with provision of the status of national standards by it.

In case of registration registration number which consists of index of sample, number of the corresponding type of measurements, sequence number of the national standard in the corresponding type of measurements and years of provision to standard of the status of the national standard is assigned to national standard.

Registration number of the national standard is assigned by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development along with provision to standard of the status of the national standard, the copy of the order goes the organizations keepers of standard.
