About approval of the Regulations on licensing of professional activity in the security market
For the purpose of streamlining of licensing of types of professional activity in the security market and according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on licensing of professional activity in the security market according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in two weeks to approve structure and regulations on commission of experts on preparation of the conclusions about issue or about refusal in issue of licenses;
bring the departmental regulations into accord with this resolution.
3. Make changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 25, 1998 No. 410 "About measures for enhancement of activities of investment and privatization investment funds" according to appendix No. 2.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
