About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 No. 409

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 No. 409 "About establishment of the state social standards in the field of housing-and-municipal servicing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, the Art. 2064) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 No. 409

1. To add the last paragraph of Item 2 after words of "families of veterans of war" with words ", the victims of Nazi prosecutions", and after the words "About the Status of Veterans of War, Guarantee of Their Social Protection" to add with words "and article 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions".

2. In Item 3:

1) in subitem 1:

the paragraph one after the word "for" to add with words "centralized and";

add the subitem after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of use of heat energy for centralized heating (heat supply) by subscribers whose apartment houses are equipped with house and/or room metering devices, - Gcal 0,0548 on 1 sq.m of the heated area a month during the heating period;".

With respect thereto paragraphs two and third to consider respectively paragraphs the third and fourth;
