About urgent measures for improvement of supply and distribution of medicines and products of medical appointment in the republic
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About streamlining of realization of medicines in the republic" of July 14, 1994 and for the purpose of improvement of providing the population of the republic by medicines, vaccines and products of medical appointment the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Rules of realization of medicines and products of medical appointment in pharmaceutical institutions of the republic according to appendix No. 1;
the list of the medicines of prime necessity realized on marginal retail prices and obligatory for all pharmaceutical institutions according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in 15-day time to develop and provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the offer on modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about administrative offenses regarding strengthening of responsibility for abuses of regulations of realization of medicines and products of medical appointment.
3. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
