1. Approve:

2) Requirements to sample of grain receipts and forms on which the grain receipt, according to appendix 2 to this order is written out;

3) Rules of release, acquisition, storage and destruction of forms of grain receipts according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
