For the purpose of cardinal improvement of quality of training with the higher education demanded in industries of agricultural and water economy, further strengthening of material and technical resources of the highest educational institutions on agricultural and water economy of active implementation in educational process of advanced methods of training with use modern highly effective pedagogical and information and communication technologies, advanced trainings and retrainings of pedagogical personnel and specialists of industries of agricultural and water economy the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the Program of measures for further enhancement of providing industries of agricultural and water economy by highly qualified personnel with the higher education for 2015 - 2017 according to appendix No. 1, providing:
ensuring need of industries of agricultural and water economy for highly qualified personnel with the higher education of necessary profile and the education level, enhancement of work on assistance in employment of graduates of the highest educational institutions on agricultural and water economy according to the specialty received by them;
improvement of quality of training in the highest educational institutions on agricultural and water economy on the basis of updating of the state educational standards, curricula and programs of subject matters, implementation in educational process modern highly effective pedagogical and information and communication technologies, enhancement of the organization qualification the practician of students;
