1. Approve the enclosed Standard of the state service "Issue of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import of samples of the unregistered remedies of plants (pesticides) for carrying out registration (melkodelyanochny and production) testing and (or) scientific research according to decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.
