About transfer from maintaining the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and renaming of public institutions

1. Transfer in the procedure established by the legislation public institutions from maintaining the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in maintaining the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Rename public institutions according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide re-registration of republican public institutions in judicial authorities;

2) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
