Approve the forecast schedule of expansion developed by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Banking association of Uzbekistan and commercial banks of the republic until the end of 2006 commercial banks of network of calculations with use of plastic cards according to appendix No. 1.

To Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Banking association of Uzbekistan in three-months time based on the Interbank processing center to create the Single all-republican processing center under Banking association of Uzbekistan allowing to make in the single mode banking activities in all outlets regardless of in what bank the organization of trade and service industry or the owner of the plastic card is serviced.

5. Permit retailers to enable sales of goods according to corporate plastic cards of legal entities without restriction of share of sales of monthly goods turnover.
