For making of executive text is submitted the document on calculation of outstanding amount for the uncompensated (not completely compensated) one-time monetary reward paid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2015 to No. 355, in which data on compensation terms, date of emergence of obligation on compensation, the basis of dismissal of the debtor, and also mark of the claimant about acquaintance of the debtor with procedure for compensation of the one-time monetary reward and non-compliance with this procedure by it shall be specified.";
