About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 5, 2002 No. 917 "About approval of the Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 5, 2002 No. 917 "About approval of the Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 26, the Art. 273) the following changes and amendment:

in regulations on the Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget approved by the above-named Decree:

in the subitem 4) Item 15:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"rules of evaluating the state and industry programs, strategic plans of the central state bodies and development programs of the territories;";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"together with the authorized Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan body for internal control of rules of interaction of bodies of the state financial control;

together with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, authorized bodies on investigation of economic and financial crimes and anti-corruption of rules of transfer of materials of control on the revealed offenses when implementing external state financial control;";

10) of Item 19 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"10) approves technique of assessment of activities of members of Calculating committee;".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
