About modification of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2012 No. 390 "About fire prevention regime" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 19, the Art. 2415).

Changes which are made to Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

1. State Item 218 in the following edition:

"218. The burning out of dry grassy vegetation, eddish, afterharvest remaining balance on lands of agricultural purpose and lands of inventory, cultivation of fires on fields is forbidden.

Use of naked flame and cultivation of fires on lands of agricultural purpose and lands of inventory can be made on condition of observance of the requirements of fire safety established by these rules, and also the regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response accepted in coordination with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.".

2. State Item 283 in the following edition:

"283. It is forbidden to burn out dry grassy vegetation in strips of withdrawal of highways, strips of branch and conservation zones of the railroads, overpasses and products pipelines, to make fire, to burn brushwood, felling remaining balance and combustible materials, and also to leave dead trees and bushes.".
