for the purpose of non-admission of departure to the third states of citizens of the states of the Parties concerning which the restrictions for departure set according to the legislation of the state of nationality and (or) the state of stay (accommodation) are effective

The parties exchange the information about citizens of the states of the Parties concerning which the restrictions for departure set according to the legislation of the state of nationality and (or) the state of stay (accommodation) are effective (further – data).
Exchange of data is performed for the purpose of non-admission of departure to the third states of citizens of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation concerning which restrictions for departure, and prevention of threat of homeland and public security in the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999 are effective.
The basis for refusal in departure to the third states of citizens of the states of the Parties concerning which the restrictions for departure set according to the legislation of the state of nationality and (or) the state of stay (accommodation) are effective is availability of data in the automated systems of the states of the Parties.
