1. Approve the Package of measures for realization of provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About openness of activities of state governing bodies" (further - the Package of measures) according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine the main sources of financing of realization of the Package of measures:

means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also off-budget funds of the ministries, state committees and departments;

the means of Public fund for support of non-state non-profit organizations and other institutes of civil society for Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated in accordance with the established procedure in the form of state grants and social orders;

means of non-paid technical assistance (grants), soft credits of the international financial institutions and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
