About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the List of orders of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov E. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction of copies of this order on the electronic medium with application of a copy of the paper copy certified by official stamp for official publication in information system of law of Ad_let and periodic printing editions;

3) after official publication placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Musaybekov S. Zh.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
