1. Bring in Item 2 of the Regulations on working hours and time of rest of crews of vessel of the inland water transport approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2011 No. 60 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 117, 8/24270), the following change and amendment:
exclude the words "or ship book";
after words of "physical persons" to add with the words "including individual entrepreneurs".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2008 No. 10 "About approval of Rules on labor protection when servicing navigation equipment of inland waterways of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 68, 8/18341).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
