About approval of rates of payment for use of objects of flora of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for collection and use of payment for use of objects of flora of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve:

- rates of payment for use of objects of flora of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- Procedure for collection and use of payment for use of objects of flora of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions, into compliance with this resolution;

- take the measures following from this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for collection and use of payment for special use of objects of fauna and use of flora objects on special permission in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 13, 2011 No. 306.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
