1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. Bring in the list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 16, the following changes:

a) exclude line items according to appendix No. 4;

b) include line items according to appendix No. 5.
