About modification of the List of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission

According to the subitem 3 of Item 43 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 16, and also for the purpose of implementation of article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved No.:

1. Bring in the list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 16, the following changes:

a) exclude line items according to appendix No. 1;

b) include line items according to appendix No. 2.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
