1. Establish the list of the medical contraindications interfering control of motor small size vessels which engine capacity exceeds kilowatt 3,7 (5 horsepowers), and conditions in case of which observance persons are allowed on medical indications to control of such vessels, according to appendix.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for medical examination of boatmasters of motor small size vessels whose engine capacity exceeds kilowatt 3,7 (5 horsepowers).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
