Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of May 8, 2013 No. 262 "About approval of regulations of compensation of the experts involved to conducting the state scientific and scientific and technical expertizes which are carried out at the expense of means of the government budget", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 20, 2013 for No. 778/23310.
