Based on Item 36 of the Regulations on the organization and control (supervision) of safety in case of construction and commissioning of the Belarusian nuclear power plant approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2015 No. 133, and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish form of register of checks in the mode of constant control (supervision) on the platform of the Belarusian nuclear power plant according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for maintaining register of checks in the mode of constant control (supervision) on the platform of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
