About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of conditions and the mechanism of rendering the state support to citizens for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises, legal regulation of provision and use of premises of the state housing stock I decide:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 1996 No. 346 "About some measures for development of housing construction in the village" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 25, Art. 644; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 223, 1/8874; 2010, No. 107, 1/11598; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 1/14055; 08:08. 2014, 1/15221):

exclude Items 1 and 2;

in paragraph one of part six of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the word "apartment houses (apartments) in the amount up to" shall be replaced with words "apartment houses (apartments) in the amount of, determined proceeding from total area of the under construction (reconstructed) premises (reconstructed under premises of objects, the repaired empty individual apartment houses (apartments) and limiting cost index of 1 sq.m of total area of the apartment house (apartment) established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, and not exceeding";

1.2. appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2007 No. 138 "About some tax matters on value added" (2007, No. 79, 1/8436) to add the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with Item 9-1 of the following content:
