About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of project implementation on construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2013 No. 487 "About single questions of the taxation in case of construction of nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.11. 2013, 1/14597; 05:01. 2014, 1/14722) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Item 1:

state part one in the following edition:

"1. Determine that from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2022 the goods according to appendix included in the lists approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory Atomstroyexport joint-stock company (Russian Federation) (or his legal successor) on behalf of permanent mission of this joint-stock company in the Republic of Belarus (or his legal successor) to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" (or his legal successor) or the called unitary enterprise (or his legal successor) for performance of works (rendering services) for the purpose of execution of the contract for performance of works of the preparatory period to "the first concrete" on the Belarusian NPP of March 29, 2012 No. 77-598/1200500 and the general contract for construction of the Belarusian NPP of July 18, 2012 No. 77-598/1110700, of prisoners between the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" and Atomstroyexport joint-stock company (Russian Federation), is exempted from the value added tax.";
