1. Determine that:

1.1. export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of single customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of oil rape (from colza or colza) or mustard and their fractions which are not refined or refined, but without change of chemical composition *, 1514 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union classified by goods item, except for subsubline items 1514 11 900 1, 1514 19 900 1, 1514 91 900 1 and 1514 99 900 1, occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - oil rape), is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom according to the procedure, similar established by Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import, provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features established by this resolution;
