Based on the Law No. 547-XV of December 25, 2003 on the public assistance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of industry local body in the field of social security and protection of family, according to appendix No. 1;

Standard structure of industry local body in the field of social security and protection of family according to appendix No. 2.

2. Recommend to regional/local government boards, People's assembly of autonomous territorial education to approve Gagauzia:

regulations on the organization and functioning of industry local body in the field of social security and protection of family;

the extreme number of personnel of industry local body in the field of social security and protection of family;

structure of industry local body in the field of social security and protection of family according to standard structure within budgetary appropriations.
