1. Make additions and change to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus:
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for performing medical examinations of athletes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2014 No. 30 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.10. 2014, 8/29203):
to state subitem 4.1 of item 4 in the following edition:
"4.1. take place in organizations of sports medicine or other healthcare institutions (for settlements in which there are no organizations of sports medicine) at the place of residence (passing of sports preparation) obligatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations and are subject to medical observation in them when passing further sports preparation;";
to add Item 11 paragraph two after the word "youthful)" with the words "and not having the sports category";
to add the name of appendix 4 to this Instruction with the words "and not having the sports category".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
