Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 27, 2002 No. 156-FZ "About associations of employers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 48, Art. 4741; 2005, No. 50, Art. 5243; 2007, No. 49, Art. 6068; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 48, Art. 6639) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Merging of employers - type of the association (union) based on voluntary membership of employers (legal and (or) physical persons) and (or) associations of employers. Merging of employers is socially oriented non-profit organization. Entry into it of other non-profit organizations combining subjects of business activity can be provided by the charter of merging of employers.";

2) Article 10.1 to recognize invalid;

To add 3) with Article 10.2 of the following content:

"Article 10.2. Name of merging of employers

1. The name of merging of employers shall contain specifying by sight of merging of employers according to article 4 of this Federal Law. The name of merging of employers can join including words "union", "association", "partnership".

2. The merging of employers which is not meeting the requirements which are established by this Federal Law to merging of employers of the corresponding type having no right to use in the name the words "merging of employers" and phrases formed on their basis.".

Article 2

Item 7 of Article 4 and article 5 of the Federal Law of November 24, 2014 No. 358-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, as No. 48, the Art. 6639) to recognize invalid.
