About approval of Changes in the Procedure for confirmation for import to Ukraine of seeds and landing material of plant varieties for selection, research works and exhibiting

According to articles 7 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About seeds and landing material" and in pursuance of Item 71 of the Actions plan on deregulation of economic activity approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2015 No. 357, I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for confirmation for import to Ukraine of seeds and landing material of plant varieties for selection, research works and exhibiting approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of February 20, 2013 No. 116, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 13, 2013 for No. 399/22931, which are applied.

2. To submit to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Krasnopolsky Ya. V.
