About measures for enhancement of the mechanism of implementation of investment projects with participation of the international financial institutions
For the purpose of providing timely program implementation of structural transformations of economy, upgrade and diversification of industries, further enhancement of system of implementation of the investment projects performed with attraction of financial resources of the international financial institutions, foreign government financial organizations and the donor countries increase in efficiency and reducing project deadlines the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration the list of optimized quantity and number of staff of the project implementation teams created and performing activities within investment projects with participation of the international financial institutions, foreign government financial organizations and the donor countries prepared by the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of agricultural and water economy, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzkommunkhizmat Agency, JSC Uzbekenergo, JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari, Republican road fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to khokimiyat of Tashkent, other organizations initiators of projects till January 1, 2016 to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
implementation of necessary actions for reorganization of project implementation teams and to change of their staff list according to requirements of this resolution;
completion of the reorganized project implementation teams by the highly qualified personnel having necessary experience and knowledge.
