About approval of the Actions plan on improvement of financial condition of Agroinvestbank Open joint stock company for 2015-2016

1. Approve the Actions plan on improvement of financial condition of Agroinvestbank Open joint stock company for 2015-2016 taking into account appendices No. 1 - No. 11.

2. To Agroinvestbank open joint stock company:

- for the purpose of ensuring timely execution of this actions plan, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, National Bank of Tajikistan to take adequate measures and to submit the quarterly report, in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

- together with other relevant state bodies with assistance and in cooperation with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan and Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan to take severe immediate measures on ensuring timely return of the credits, including return of the credits due to pledged property and in case of need by means of provision of materials in judicial authorities.
